We know that caring can be a demanding job at times and we really value the hard work and dedication of our staff. We continually invest in training and development to help them excel; in each team we fund training for ‘ambassadors’ in well-being, dementia care and health and safety to give our staff the skills to deliver a programme of fun, sensory physical activities and new experiences for residents.
We believe our staff enjoy their work at Kindred Care homes, in some instances we are lucky enough to have several generations of one family working in the same home, and we are committed to helping our staff love what they do and give excellent care.
