Meet the manager

I’m Aleksandra, I am incredibly passionate about what I do. I love nothing more than bringing life and energy into homes. I joined Kindred Care in 2017 at Warrengate and was promoted to the position of manager of Sunhill Court since 2021. I love that there is an opportunity for growth and career development within this group. I have an amazing team at Sunhill. They are so dedicated and caring and are always willing to try new things. We are one big family and we place a lot of importance on practising empathy, both towards our residents and our team mates. That’s why everyone smiles so much at Sunhill Court!

Sunhill Court in a great place with a homely atmosphere and a team of caring and friendly staff. Family and friends visiting are treated as "part of the family", and nothing is too much trouble. It was our 54th wedding anniversary, and we were treated to surprise drinks, nibbles and cake to celebrate - a lovely touch much appreciated.
